Diamond Film
Diamond polishing Film is made by evenly coating selected micron and sub-micron diamond abrasives onto a high-strength polyester film. It offers stable performance, high durability, and excellent surface finish.
It is widely used for precision grinding and polishing of fiber ferrules, mirror rollers, ceramic rollers, cemented carbide, glass, and other hard materials, delivering high efficiency and superior polishing results.
Available grain sizes are 0.5μm, 1μm, 3μm, 6μm, 9μm, 15μm, 30μm, 45μm, 60μm, 80μm, 100μm. Diamond polishing films can be in sheet or roll form, and the specifications can be customized.
